A small e-Learning organization recognized that they needed a better financial discipline, workload planning, resource utilization and a holistic view of all work among all functional groups.

In collaboration with organizational stakeholders’ Delta Gap analyzed, proposed and designed a tangible processes and governance methodologies to achieve the objective.
