SITUATION

OBJECTIVE

OUTCOME

A small e-Learning organization was transitioning from a traditional learning approach into a new digital and paperless business model.

  • Delta Gap analyzed and reengineered existing content management process to suit new business model (HTML Flipping Book concept).
  • Conducted research on different suppliers and developed selection criteria for a suitable vendor.

  • Select a vendor, HTML flipping book, COTS tool.

  • Analyzed capturing, formatting, updating, translation, repository, serialization, naming convention, QA, releasing and publishing content processes, identified gaps, and presented business requirements for improvements.

  • Identified baseline flipping book features and, in cooperation with vendor, implemented them.

  • Developed and delivered interactive video tutorial.
