SITUATION
- To respond to customer demands and preferences for certain games to increase customer satisfaction.
OBJECTIVE
- Upgrade existing gaming configuration to complement the use of popular games as a direct response to revenue growth.
OUTCOME
- Analyze all 1250 units with over 10 000 data elements
- Update Identified configurations
- Meet customers’ satisfaction
Identify and replace all games and programs which do not have sufficient customer attention.
Delta Gap, in conjunction with all stakeholders, created a database and developed an analysis process to evaluate new programs against existing ones (technical feasibility and functional adequacy).
Established the inventory of all games and programs
Conducted the analysis on existing specification vs the specification of new games from vendors’ catalogues
Submitted recommendations for modifications / upgrades of existing systems with respect to the organization’s needs and technological advancement
Created the ranking and prioritization criteria
Developed a plan for a systematic upgrades in accordance with organization’s working hours / cycle
Ordered new parts for the upgrades from registered vendors
