The client, a large Aviation  & Aerospace organization, needed to produce SOPs and user manuals in order to provide a full scale maintenance support.

Delta Gap worked with all stakeholders to create a full process of content development from capturing to releasing, and training.

  • Developed service procedures

    • Content capturing, documenting, illustrating, formatting, flagging, updating, releasing, QA and repository

  • Designed naming and serialization convention

  • Establish single sourcing capability

  • Developed training material / packages

  • Developed and delivered service procedures and training material in video format
