SITUATION
- Federal Government wanted to lead by example in the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions, based on the premises that (a) global warming exists and (b) human-made CO2 emissions can be reduced.
OBJECTIVE
- Prepared, reviewed, and analyzed energy consumption and conservation of national projects for 460 facilities = 4,800,000 m2.

The client, a large government body, needed to establish a feasible and fairly quick approach to reduce toxic emission of CO2 and improve energy efficiency on their facilities.
Delta Gap worked with all stakeholders to do a thorough analysis of all facilities and develop a plan for required upgrades and changes within facilities.
Generated the energy efficiency plan
Established the inventory of assets
Conducted the analysis on condition of all related assets
Conducted the energy efficiency root cause analysis for each edifice individually per sq footage
Developed the ranking and prioritization criteria
Suggested improvement solutions for oil, gas, electrical and coil burning platforms
Implemented new improvements based on analysis / future strategy
