A small e-Learning organization was transitioning from a traditional learning approach into a new digital and paperless business model.
- Delta Gap analyzed and reengineered existing content management process to suit new business model (HTML Flipping Book concept).
Conducted research on different suppliers and developed selection criteria for a suitable vendor.
Select a vendor, HTML flipping book, COTS tool.
Analyzed capturing, formatting, updating, translation, repository, serialization, naming convention, QA, releasing and publishing content processes, identified gaps, and presented business requirements for improvements.
Identified baseline flipping book features and, in cooperation with vendor, implemented them.
Developed and delivered interactive video tutorial.
