ILS & WSC Logistic Support

The client, a large Aviation & Aerospace organization, needed to establish a dynamic, reliable and fairly quick maintenance support across the globe. Opening WSCs, at an acceptable distance from where the systems were in use, required full scale logistic support.

Delta Gap worked with all stakeholders to produce Maintenance Plans and logistic support for WSC.

• Through ILS and LSA  methods established logistic support

• • • Conducted FEMICA and MTBF – parts life span at SRU and LRU level

    • Established repair vs replace decision making element

    • Created maintenance plans / concept

    • Produced STTE catalogue for WSC

    • Developed Spare Modeling concept per platform at SRU and LRU level

    • Created Inventory / Warehousing plan
